This Privacy Notice explains how Aero collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. Aero is a household food inventory and reminder tool designed to help you manage ingredient photos, opening dates, expiration dates, category tags, usage notes, reminders, and archive records.
We follow a data-minimization approach and only process information that is reasonably necessary to provide the app’s core features. Aero is not a food safety, medical, nutrition, or diagnostic service. Any reminders or summaries are based on the information you enter and should be used together with your own judgment and the actual condition of the food.
Uploaded ingredient photos are processed for the intended feature and then deleted after processing is complete. Temporary processing data is also deleted after completion of the task.
Generated results, such as ingredient snapshots, inventory entries, reminder status, and usage history, may be stored in your local history so you can view and manage them later. You can delete these records at any time through the app.
Crash logs and diagnostics may be retained for up to 12 months to help us identify stability issues and improve the app. Support messages and related correspondence may be retained for up to 6 months after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is required by law.
If you clear your data or delete records, the corresponding local content will be removed from your device, subject to any system-level or legal retention requirements that may apply.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access the information associated with your use of Aero, correct inaccurate details, delete records, and export your data in a portable format where available.
You may also withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the legal basis for that processing. If you do not want to continue using the app, you may stop using it and remove the app from your device.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party infrastructure providers for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic technical operations. These providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions, and they are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and confidentiality.
Third-party infrastructure providers are not permitted to use user data for advertising, profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own purposes, redistribution, or independent access to user content. They may only process data as necessary to perform the services we instruct them to provide.
We do not allow any third party to use user content for its own purposes or to combine it with other data for marketing or analytics.
Aero is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that information from a child under 17 has been provided, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Aero does not perform facial recognition, face matching, or biometric identification. We do not create or store face templates, and we do not use facial or biometric analysis to identify a person.
If a photo contains a face incidentally, it is not used for biometric processing. Uploaded images are processed only for the app’s ingredient inventory features and are deleted after processing is completed.
Depending on where our infrastructure providers operate, some information may be processed or stored in different regions or countries. When this occurs, we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect the information.
By using Aero, you understand that your information may be handled in locations outside your own country, subject to applicable law and our contractual protections with service providers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where supported, secure server configuration, and restricted internal access.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we work to reduce risks and to handle data in a careful and limited manner.
Information you provide: ingredient photos, ingredient names, opening dates, expiration dates, category labels, notes, usage status, reminder preferences, and any support messages you send us.
Information collected automatically: basic device and app information, such as app version, operating system version, crash logs, performance data, and technical diagnostics needed to keep the app functioning.
Cookies and similar technologies: Aero is a mobile app and does not use advertising cookies for profiling. Limited local or technical identifiers may be used only as necessary for app functionality, security, or basic analytics related to performance.
When AI-assisted processing is used, it is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do NOT use third-party AI services to process user data.
Uploaded photos and temporary processing inputs are deleted after processing is completed. AI-generated output may be stored in your local history if needed for the inventory experience, and you can delete it at any time.
User data is NOT used for model training, model improvement, or any form of training dataset creation. We do not use user content to build, fine-tune, or optimize AI models for third-party or external use.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or improvements to our practices. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version in the app or through other appropriate notice methods.
The “Effective” date at the top indicates when this version became active. Your continued use of Aero after an update means you accept the revised notice.
We use information to provide ingredient inventory features, store and display records, generate reminders, support archive history, maintain app functionality, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
We do NOT use user data for advertising, profiling, or selling. We do NOT use user data for AI training or model optimization. We do NOT sell user data or share user-uploaded content with third parties for their independent use.
Any processing is limited to the purposes needed to operate Aero and deliver the features you choose to use.
By downloading, accessing, or using Aero, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, use, and handling of information as described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
Where required by law, we will seek your consent before processing information for specific optional features or permissions.
